Dog Days of Summer

Summer is definitely here! Hot hot hot...the only word to describe it! I haven't been blogging but I have been keeping myself busy with the normal summer activities and I'm still busy with school work but I have also been booking some great sessions. One of those sessions was recently held in the Old City of downtown Knoxville. It was my fourth session with Shelby and my last one for awhile :( I have included a few photo's from that session, as well as a few photos of my favorite subject: roses. I never tire of photographing them...it's really strange to love photographing roses though because they're not my favorite flower. I think it's just the fact they are very romantic, soft, and dreamy when photographed. Whatever the reason, I have included a few photos of beautiful yellow orange tipped roses.

I hope everyone is having a safe and Happy Independence weekend! Please remember those in our military (and their families) that make the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom! God bless the U.S.A.!

I look forward to my upcoming scheduled sessions and showing you a few of them here on my blog. To see more of my session albums visit my Facebook group page. I haven't had the chance to update my website with the most recent sessions; hopefully I will get to that soon. Laken, I look forward to seeing you next weekend. Until next time~ Keep smiling :)
